Question 1

What does Arcus Partners do?

Accepted Answer

Arcus Partners is a Salesforce Partner and AWS Partner that delivers AI-powered technology for wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices and financial services firms. Its flagship AI offering, ArcusX AI, is designed for the wealth management industry, with the security, auditability and data controls regulated firms need. ArcusX AI supports ready-to-deploy use cases already in market as well as custom AI solutions tailored to a firm’s workflows. Arcus Partners also offers SYNTHIFY and Finity360, along with Salesforce implementation, AWS cloud and data services, native Salesforce applications and ongoing managed services.

Question 2

Who does Arcus Partners work with?

Accepted Answer

Wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices and financial services firms.

Question 3

What is the Arcus Edge?

Accepted Answer

The Arcus Edge is Arcus Partners’ platform concept: one connected intelligence layer that sits across a firm’s existing systems rather than replacing them. It is the idea that ties the individual products together.

Question 4

Do we have to replace our current systems to work with Arcus Partners?

Accepted Answer

No. The products are built to integrate with what a firm already runs. ArcusX AI works across disparate technology platforms so operations can be unified without an overhaul, and SYNTHIFY brings data together from different sources into a single view, so you add intelligence on top of your existing systems rather than ripping them out.

Question 5

Is Arcus Partners a Salesforce partner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arcus Partners is a certified Salesforce ISV and implementation partner, and also an AWS technical partner. Several products are built natively on Salesforce.

Question 6

What makes Arcus Partners different from a general technology consultancy?

Accepted Answer

Arcus Partners works only in wealth management and financial services, and is both a product company and a delivery partner. The same firm that builds the software implements and supports it.

Question 7

Where is Arcus Partners based?

Accepted Answer

1500 Chestnut Street #1009, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

Question 8

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Reach out to sales@arcuspartners.com and one of our account executives will get in touch, or request a demo using the form on our home page. A conversation about your current stack and where the friction is comes first.

Question 9

What is ArcusX AI?

Accepted Answer

ArcusX AI is an extensible intelligence platform for wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices. It integrates across separate technology platforms to unify operations without replacing existing systems, and makes AI usable for everyone in a firm from advisors to compliance teams.

Question 10

Who in a firm actually uses ArcusX AI?

Accepted Answer

Everyone from advisors to compliance and operations teams. It is deliberately not built for a single role. The platform is designed so team members without technical expertise can benefit from AI tools.

Question 11

What can ArcusX AI do today?

Accepted Answer

ArcusX AI gives wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices ready-to-deploy AI agents that cut time-consuming manual work for advisors and operations teams. Current capabilities include AI agents for client onboarding and meeting preparation, an organizational knowledge assistant that gives teams instant answers from firm knowledge, a Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP) and compliance AI agent, and annual review automation. Beyond these, Arcus Partners designs custom AI use cases around each firm’s workflows, priorities and compliance requirements, so ArcusX AI grows with the business.

Question 12

Does ArcusX AI work with systems other than Salesforce?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cross-platform functionality is the point: it is designed to work across diverse technology ecosystems and unify operations across them.

Question 13

How is this different from the AI features already in our CRM?

Accepted Answer

CRM-native AI works inside that CRM. ArcusX AI is designed to operate across the separate platforms a firm already runs, so intelligence is not confined to whichever system happens to hold the data.

Question 14

What does "organizational intelligence" mean in practice?

Accepted Answer

It means moving from data-driven to intelligence-driven operations. The platform turns insights into action rather than only reporting on what happened.

Question 15

Can we start small and expand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Scalability is a design goal: firms can expand AI capabilities as their needs evolve rather than committing to everything at once.

Question 16

How long does an ArcusX AI implementation take?

Accepted Answer

Most ArcusX AI implementations take anywhere from one week to a couple of months, depending on the complexity of the use case and the firm’s data structure. Ready-to-deploy use cases like the meeting preparation agent can be live in as little as one to two weeks. More complex or custom AI use cases take longer to scope, integrate and test. Arcus Partners maps each firm’s data and priorities up front, so teams see value quickly and expand from there.

Question 17

What is SYNTHIFY?

Accepted Answer

SYNTHIFY is an AI-powered data lake that unifies structured and unstructured data into a single view, at roughly one-tenth the cost of traditional solutions. It brings together data from custodians, CRMs like Salesforce, portfolio management and accounting systems, financial planning tools, and client communications such as email, documents and meeting notes. The result is one consolidated source of client, account and household data that firms can use for reporting, analytics and AI.

Question 18

What does SYNTHIFY replace?

Accepted Answer

SYNTHIFY replaces the manual work, IT tickets and costly enterprise tools firms rely on to find and understand their data. It sits on top of your AWS data lake or data warehouse and gives non-technical teams a friendly interface with a searchable data glossary, a clear view of where data lives and native dashboards, with no AWS expertise required. For wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices, it is a more affordable alternative to enterprise data catalog platforms.

Question 19

What kinds of data can SYNTHIFY handle?

Accepted Answer

SYNTHIFY handles both structured and unstructured data from the systems wealth management firms use every day. That includes custodian and account data, CRM data from Salesforce, portfolio management and accounting systems, financial planning tools, financial transactions, and client communications like email, documents, meeting notes and social media interactions. Advanced data fusion harmonizes structured and unstructured data, breaking down the silos between systems so teams can find and use their data in one place.

Question 20

How does SYNTHIFY get value out of unstructured data?

Accepted Answer

Through natural language processing, sentiment analysis and machine learning, applied to sources such as client communications and news to extract insight that would otherwise sit unread.

Question 21

Is SYNTHIFY compliant with financial services record-keeping rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SYNTHIFY provides SEC and FINRA compliant data retention.

Question 22

Will SYNTHIFY cope as our data grows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The data lake architecture accommodates diverse data formats and is designed to let firms scale data operations without compromising performance.

The result is a Salesforce and AWS environment that stays secure, efficient and aligned to how the firm actually works.

Question 26

Accepted Answer

Question 29

What is Creative Edge?

Accepted Answer

Creative Edge is a marketing managed service from Arcus Partners, delivered in collaboration with Chameleoon Media, providing digital content for firms that need to supplement their own marketing.

Question 30

What does Creative Edge produce?

Accepted Answer

Custom content for websites, social media and email marketing; video production that turns complex financial concepts into clear explanations; ongoing social media management; and graphic design and branding, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.

Question 31

Is the content compliance-aware?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arcus Partners creates marketing content with the compliance requirements of wealth management in mind, including the SEC Marketing Rule for RIAs and FINRA Rule 2210 for broker-dealers. That means messaging that avoids prohibited claims, handles testimonials and performance references carefully, and includes the appropriate disclosures. Content is prepared to move smoothly through a firm’s compliance review, saving advisors and marketing teams time while reducing regulatory risk.

Question 32

Who is Creative Edge for?

Accepted Answer

Wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices and financial services firms that want to strengthen their existing marketing or scale creative output without hiring a full in-house team. Arcus Partners works as an extension of a firm’s team, delivering marketing content and creative that keeps up with growth while staying aligned with SEC and FINRA requirements.

Question 33

What services does Arcus Partners offer beyond its products?

Accepted Answer

Support for evolving business and IT strategy in three areas: enriching or expanding infrastructure, maximizing an existing Salesforce platform, and extending the value of a firm’s data.

Question 34

We already have Salesforce but are not getting value from it. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is a core service. The work covers using Salesforce CRM to its full potential, unlocking data to improve user productivity and investor capabilities, and adopting best practices for use, adoption and security.

Question 35

Do you offer training for our team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mentorship is included in the managed services, with the explicit aim of expanding a firm’s own cloud proficiency rather than creating dependence.

Question 36

Do you work with firms that have no AI strategy yet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of the wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices we work with come to Arcus Partners before they have an AI strategy. We take a consultative approach and meet each firm where it is. We start by learning your business goals, current technology and the parts of your operations where time and effort are being lost. From there, we identify the AI use cases that will create the most value and build a practical roadmap to adopt them. Firms can start with ready-to-deploy ArcusX AI use cases such as Meeting Prep Guide or Email Intelligence, or work with us on custom AI solutions. As a Salesforce Partner and AWS Partner, we build AI that fits the systems your team already uses. You do not need an AI strategy to get started. We help you build one.

Question 37

What is the Use Case Library?

Accepted Answer

A catalogue of production AI use cases delivered for wealth management operations, organized by category: meeting intelligence, data analysis, workflow automation, knowledge management, marketing, and research and insights.

Question 38

How does AI help before a client meeting?

Accepted Answer

ArcusX AI Meeting Prep Guide gives advisors at wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices a complete client briefing before every meeting, without the manual prep. It pulls straight from your CRM to build a pre-meeting brief covering open tasks, active opportunities, recent client interactions and recommended next best actions. Advisors no longer spend hours clicking through Salesforce records, emails and notes. They walk into every review, check-in, or prospect meeting knowing where the relationship stands and what to discuss next. The result is more productive client conversations, more consistent service across the firm, and more meetings that lead to the next opportunity.

Question 39

What happens to meeting notes afterwards?

Accepted Answer

Meeting Follow-up turns handwritten notes, voice memos or typed notes into structured summaries matched to the CRM record, with key insights and action items pulled out. Meeting Action Capture goes further and creates the tasks and calendar events in Salesforce directly from the transcript.

Question 40

Can we ask questions of our Salesforce data without knowing SQL?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ArcusX AI Natural Language Reporting lets advisors, operations staff and firm leaders at wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices ask questions about their Salesforce data in plain English. Ask something like "Which clients have not been contacted in 90 days?" and get back reports, charts and follow-up analysis. You do not need SQL, report builders or a Salesforce admin. Your team gets self-service access to client, household and pipeline data, so decisions move faster and fewer report requests land on IT.

Question 41

How does AI help with email volume?

Accepted Answer

ArcusX AI Email Intelligence helps wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices handle high email volume. It reads each incoming email, sorts it by type, works out what the sender actually needs, and flags urgent requests and client signals so nothing important gets missed. It then routes each message to the right person or team, drafts a next-best reply in Salesforce, and creates any follow-up tasks or calendar events. Advisors and service teams spend less time on inbox triage and respond to clients faster, and every interaction is logged in Salesforce.

Question 42

Can AI help our team find answers in our own documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Organizational Knowledge Assistant, part of ArcusX AI, is an AI knowledge search tool for wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and family offices. It finds answers in a firm’s own internal documents, policies, procedures and training materials. Advisors and operations teams ask questions in plain language and get answers right away, without digging through shared drives or waiting on a colleague. The result is faster onboarding for new hires, more consistent answers across the firm, and more time spent advising clients instead of searching for information.

Question 43

How do we request a demo?

Accepted Answer

Use the demo form on our home page, or email sales@arcuspartners.com. Tell us which product or use case is of interest and someone will follow up.

Question 44
